the online application system of the Institute will be made by clicking the
link https://obs.balikesir.edu.tr/oibs/ina_app/.

uploading your information and documents from OBS and reaching the final stage,
press the "save" button. Otherwise, your registration will not be
entered into the application system of our institute.

preliminary check will be made by our institute and feedback will be made to
OBS and your e-mail as "approved, rejected or incorrect application".
